2. Refund Eligibility

1. Pre-recorded Courses (On-demand Access)

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been viewed.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the viewing progress exceeds the limit or if the request is made after the time window.

2. Live Classes

  • A full refund is available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Refund requests made within 24 hours of the class will not be accepted. However, rescheduling or transferring the session may be possible depending on the instructor’s availability.

3. One-on-One Tutoring

  • For scheduled sessions, cancellation must be requested at least 12 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
  • Sessions canceled without prior notice or repeated last-minute cancellations will be considered completed and are non-refundable.

4. Membership Subscription

  • Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, but users may cancel auto-renewal at any time.
  • If the service becomes unavailable due to platform-related issues, a pro-rated refund may be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Missed classes or dissatisfaction with the teaching style for personal reasons
  • Account suspension due to violation of platform rules
  • Abuse of the refund request system
